Step 1: Prep & Clean

1. Clean the Area: Use Step 3 Cleanser to thoroughly clean lashes or brows, removing any oils or makeup.
2. Protect Skin: Place the Under Eye Pads beneath your lower lash line if performing a lash lift. For brows, keep the surrounding skin clean and dry.

Step 2: Apply Lash Lift Adhesive

1. Lash Lift: Apply a thin layer of Lash Lift Adhesive to the lashes and secure them onto a lifting rod or pad.
2. Brow Lamination: Lightly brush Lash Lift Adhesive over the brows to secure each hair in the desired shape.

Step 3: Perming (8-10 minutes)

1. Apply Step 1 Perming Lotion: Use clean microbrush to apply a thin layer of perming lotion to the lashes or brows. 
2. Use the Y Brush or Brow Lift Brush to shape 
3. Set Timer: Leave the lotion on for 8-10 minutes, depending on hair thickness. Thicker hair may require the full 10 minutes.

Step 4: Fixing (8-10 minutes)

1. Apply Step 2 Fixing Lotion: After removing the perming lotion, apply the fixing lotion using a clean applicator brush.
2. Set Timer: Leave on for another 8-10 minutes to lock in the lifted shape.

Step 5: Clean & Condition

1. Clean Residue: Gently remove any residue with Step 3 Cleanser and a clean applicator.
2. After Lift Serum: Finish by applying the Lash & Brow After Lift Serum to nourish and condition the hairs, enhancing the results.

Pro Tips:

• Thickness Adjustment: Adjust curing times for lashes or brows that are finer or thicker than average.
• Aftercare: Avoid getting lashes or brows wet for 24 hours after the treatment to maintain the lift.

Selecting the Right Shield Size:

1. Small Shields: Ideal for shorter, finer lashes. This size creates a dramatic curl.
2. Medium Shields: Great for medium-length lashes, offering a balanced lift and curl.
3. Large Shields: Best suited for longer lashes or those desiring a subtle, natural curl.

Tip: For a more lifted effect, opt for a smaller shield. For a gentler, natural curl, choose a larger shield.

Application of Silicone Lash Shields with Adhesive:

1. Position the Shield: Choose the appropriate shield and place it at the base of your client’s eyelid, right above the lash line.
2. Apply Lash Lift Adhesive: Apply a thin, even layer of the Lash Lift Adhesive onto the back of the shield. Press the shield gently onto the eyelid, ensuring it stays securely in place.
3. Secure Lashes: Once the shield is set, apply a thin layer of adhesive on the front of the shield. Use the Y Brush to lift each lash onto the shield, gently pressing them into place.
4. Check Alignment: Ensure each lash is evenly spread and aligned for a smooth, uniform lift.

With the right shield size and a smooth application, you’ll achieve perfectly lifted lashes that last up to 6-8 weeks.

Caution :

1. Patch Test: Always perform a patch test 24 hours before a lash or brow lift to check for sensitivity to perming, fixing solutions, and adhesive.

2. Avoid Eye Contact: Be very cautious when applying products near the eyes. If any solution enters the eyes, rinse immediately with cold water and seek medical assistance if irritation persists.

3. Curing Time: Carefully monitor the application time (8-10 minutes depending on hair thickness). Leaving the perming or fixing solutions on too long can weaken or damage lashes and brows.

4. Sensitive Skin and Allergies: This treatment may not be suitable for those with very sensitive skin, recent eye surgery, eye infections, or allergies to any ingredients.

5. Aftercare: Avoid water, steam, makeup, and oily products on treated areas for at least 24 hours post-treatment to ensure the lift lasts and prevent irritation.

   Professional Training: While our kit is user-friendly, lash and brow lifts should ideally be done by individuals with some training in lash and brow services for best results and safety.

6. Check Fit and Comfort: Ensure the shield is the correct size and fits comfortably along the lash line. Avoid shields that cause discomfort or touch the eye.

7. Skin Sensitivity: If the client has sensitive skin or eyes, test the adhesive and perming lotion on a small area before application.

8. Adhesive Application: Use adhesive sparingly. Applying too much can make removal difficult and may cause irritation. A thin, even layer is sufficient to keep the shield in place.

9. Removal: When removing the shield, gently loosen it by dabbing cleanser along the edges. Do not pull; this could irritate the skin and cause lashes to detach.
10. Monitor Timing: Strictly follow recommended curing times (8-10 minutes) and adjust based on individual lash thickness. Leaving solutions on too long may damage lashes or skin.

These precautions help ensure a safe, comfortable application, leading to lifted, beautiful lashes without irritation.

First Aid measures:

Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Skin Contact: Wash off with water. If skin irritation persists, contact a doctor.
Ingestion: Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Get medical advice/attention if feel unwell or largely ingested.
